SALT is supporting a high-growth online marketplace in the education space.
This is a senior CRM contract focused on redesigning and delivering a new CRM architecture following the introduction of highly personalised customer data. The role will lead the strategy and execution of new lifecycle journeys within Braze, driving improved customer conversion and lifetime value. You’ll work cross-functionally with CRM, tech, and data teams to deliver a set of critical email flows ahead of a key seasonal peak.
* 3 - 4 month contract, outside IR35
* Remote working in the United Kingdom
* £400 - £500 per day
WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Design and implement a new CRM architecture leveraging newly captured personalised customer data
* Build and launch 4–5 key lifecycle email flows within tight timelines
* Develop a strategic CRM roadmap aligned to conversion and LTV growth goals
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate data integration into Braze
* Partner with CRM and data teams to enable reporting, measurement, and performance tracking
* Manage delivery timelines and ensure completion ahead of peak seasonal demand
ABOUT YOU
* Proven experience in a senior CRM leadership or specialist role
* Strong hands-on expertise with Braze
* Experience designing and executing complex CRM/lifecycle marketing strategies
* Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end delivery of CRM transformation projects
* Experience working cross-functionally with tech and data teams
