We have a new opportunity for a Planner to join our team within the Vistry East Anglia division, at our Peterborough office. As our Planner, you will assist with the design and planning of residential developments for Vistry East Anglia and coordinate the planning process to meet departmental objectives, following the Company’s best practices and procedures.
Responsibilities include coordinating and assisting with the preparation of layouts and planning matters for all sites, organizing and managing external consultant teams, and ensuring targets and deadlines are met for planning applications.

* Experience with residential house builders, consultants, or local authorities
* Project management experience

About the role...
* Prepare design and planning briefs, tender packages, and commission external consultants for planning applications
* Manage and monitor various planning applications from pre-application to approval
* Engage with relevant bodies, local authorities, stakeholders, and the public
* Assist in land appraisal preparations
* Contribute to the effectiveness of the Land Department
* Support smooth handover post-planning permission for site start
