What you will do
* Carry out comprehensive assessments of children and young people in care
* Develop, implement and review care plans to promote safety, stability and positive outcomes
* Work closely with carers, families and partner agencies to coordinate effective support
* Advocate for children and young people and ensure their views inform all planning and decision-making
* Prepare clear, accurate case records and reports in line with statutory and local requirements
* Participate in reviews, planning meetings and court processes where required
