We are looking for an enthusiastic Level 3 qualified Team Leader to join the team in our Waterside Day Care building to start as soon as possible. The post is permanent. We require either a 37 hour per week (£27,711 to £32,654) full-time post offered as early/late shift on alternate weeks or 22.2 hours per week (£16,626 to £19,592) over 3 days as early/late shift on alternate weeks. Early shift is 7.45am to 4pm, late shift is 10am to 6.15pm with an hour for lunch break. A job in early years and childcare is unique and rewarding. You will be a keyworker for a group of children and be part of an established, experienced team of staff to meet the needs of individual children’s needs by completing relevant paperwork and working to the revised EYFS. You will model positive social interaction and play to provide exciting learning experiences. All staff are required to demonstrate inclusive practice at all times. The successful candidate will: • Be creative, dynamic and a good communicator. • Have a flexible approach to your work with a warm, caring attitude. • Have a good working knowledge of the EYFS and demonstrate a commitment to providing childcare in a non-discriminatory and inclusive manner. • Have experience of working with babies and children from 3 months to 5 years.
