Description Assist with daily financial transactions, including processing invoices and reconciling accounts. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Support the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes effectively. Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements. Respond to internal and external financial queries promptly and professionally. Support the team with ad-hoc accounting and finance projects as required. Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve financial processes and systems.Profile A successful Accounts Assistant should have: A background in accounting or finance, with relevant qualifications or progress towards them. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. The ability to work effectively within a team and independently when needed.
