Key Responsibilities
* Register applicants and identify suitable property opportunities
* Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers
* Generate valuation opportunities and follow up on leads
* Negotiate offers and agree sales between vendors and buyers
* Manage the sales process through to completion while liaising with all parties involved
* Maintain accurate client records and provide regular updates throughout the transaction
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience within estate agency or residential property sales
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Confident negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach
* Excellent organisation and time management abilities
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines
* Professional and personable approach when dealing with clients
* Good IT skills with experience using CRM systems
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
