Senior Partnership Sales Manager – Championship Football Club
We’re delighted to be partnering with a Championship Football Club to help them appoint their next Senior Partnership Sales Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to play an instrumental role in the club’s exciting transition into a global brand.
The Role:
You’ll lead the development and expansion of the club’s global partnership portfolio, driving new commercial revenues and shaping an innovative sales strategy aligned with the organisation’s ambitious growth plans. You’ll play a pivotal role in building a best-in-class partnerships model and delivering creative, high-value solutions for global brands.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Developing and executing a global partnership growth strategy to attract new international brand partners.
* Contribute to a new approach of selling, placing emphasis on high margin rights such as branded content, social, and IP.
* Identify and sell new assets, campaign ideas, and experiences to drive growth.
* Managing and growing the sales team to ensure performance and progression.
* Collaborating with design, business intelligence, and partnership delivery teams to ensure exceptional levels of service.
* Using CRM tools to manage pipelines, track performance, and report progress effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
* Successful track record of brokering partnership deals across multiple brand sectors at a national and international level.
* Strong understanding of the sponsorship landscape with a robust brand and agency network.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the creativity to develop new assets and ideas to maximise revenue.
* Strategic and commercially minded, with the ability to align brand objectives to the club’s partnership platform.
* Create bespoke, data driven proposals that are highly tailored around a prospect’s values, positioning, and objectives.
* Oversee and manage the entire sales process from initial outreach to seamless handover to partnerships team.
