* Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
* Maintain a high standard of store presentation and cleanliness.
* Support replenishment and ensure the shop floor is ready for trading each day.
* Deliver consistent, high-level customer service in line with the Flannels brand.
* Actively offer add-ons and alternative product suggestions where appropriate.
* Ensure full compliance with all Flannels policies and procedures.
