Bodyshop Manager required in Weston-super-Mare
1. Up to £55,000 starting salary, pending experience, plus bonus earned.
2. Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with no weekends required.

Our client, part of a reputable nationwide network of automotive accident repair centres, is currently looking to recruit a Bodyshop Manager for their centre in Weston-super-Mare.
Reporting to the Company Director, your key responsibilities as the Bodyshop Manager will include:
4. Manage a small team of productive and non-productive staff.
5. Plan resources and equipment levels around budgets and financial plans.
6. Establish and maintain control of consistent workflow with the centre through effective capacity planning.
7. Regularly and consistently review KPI performance to identify areas of potential shortfall.
8. Manage customer complaints and bring them to a satisfactory conclusion.
9. Motivating and discussing each team member's impact on the overall site performance.
To be eligible, you will need to have previous experience working as a Bodyshop Manager with extensive technical knowledge and experience in the accident repair industry (particularly with relevant/up-to-date knowledge of vehicle designs and consumer and vehicle legislation). You will have the ability to organise clerical work, administration, control systems and financial resources, and have knowledge and understanding of the provisions of environmental and safety practices. (E.P.A and C.O.S.H.H) and have a UK driving licence with minimal points.
