Join AXA as a Senior Finance Business Partner and play a pivotal role in driving the financial and commercial success of our Commercial business. You'll have a small team of direct reports where you'll lead the delivery of insightful financial analysis, influence decision-making at senior levels, and support sustainable growth through robust financial planning and strategic initiatives. * Partner with trading teams to optimise Gross Written Premium, Combined Operating Ratio, and other key financial metrics.

* ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualification.
* Excellent understanding of the financial dynamics of the general insurance business, preferably gained working in Commercial Lines.
* Well-developed interpersonal skills, able to inspire confidence and motivate alongside the ability to persuade, influence and convince others.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* First class analytical skills.
* Specialist understanding of accounting and control for insurance along with an awareness of accountancy practices
* Experience of motivating and managing a team, preferably in a matrix organisation including a Successful record of delivering and leading teams through change.
