Are you a Qualified Accountant looking for a step into a growing organisation with fantastic brand presence?
My client has created a new role as Management Accountant to help with their growth and to develop a Business Partnering approach to finance.
Reporting to the Finance Manager the Management Accountant will be responsible for
* Managing a range of areas within the business
* Preparing monthly Management Accounts and produce high level reports for the
* Act as the Finance Business Partner for Operations Directors in the Business.
* Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements.
* Monitor and reconcile balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
* Conduct variance analysis and provide meaningful financial insights.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
* Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision-making.
* Manage and process month-end and year-end closing activities.
* Develop reports using Power Bi
Profile
A successful Temp to Perm Management Accountant should have:
* Professional accountancy qualifications with ACA, ACCA or CIMA
* Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* The ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
Job Offer
* Temp to perm position.
* Perm Salary c£50,000 - £55,000 (circa £220 - £240 per day PAYE)
* Hybrid working - 3 days a week in the office
* 4% company bonus scheme paid 1/4ly based on company and personal performance
* 33 days annual leave including bank holidays.
* NEST scheme - 5% E'ee, 3% E'er
