Are you a talented Mid-weight Digital Designer with a keen eye for detail and a real passion for crafting innovative, creative solutions?
Zealous Agency is excited to be working with an award-winning design and development agency that specialises in driving innovation. This talented team of digital creators is devoted to building impactful solutions, fuelled by a genuine passion for delivering exceptional work and looking for a passionate Mid-weight Digital Designer to join the talented team.
We are looking for someone with a strong interest in user experience, who is ready to take ownership of exciting projects, contribute fresh ideas, and grow their skills while working on meaningful digital products.
As part of the team, you’ll help design and deliver tailored platforms and applications that make a real difference to how organisations operate. You’ll be working closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to shape user experiences that are functional, intuitive, and beautifully executed.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Taking part in client workshops and discovery sessions to gather insight and shape direction
* Turning research and requirements into user journeys, flows, and wireframes that bring clarity to projects
* Producing prototypes and visual designs that guide development and bring ideas to life
* Creating interfaces that balance creativity with usability, ensuring every detail supports a smooth user experience
* Building on existing design systems while helping to expand and refine them where needed
* Using research, testing, and feedback to validate your ideas and improve the end result
* Collaborating with developers, project managers, and other specialists to ensure designs are delivered seamlessly
What We’re Looking For
* Solid agency experience in UX and digital design, ideally 2–4 years, with a portfolio that shows strong, practical design work
* Understanding of human-centred design and the ability to apply it to real projects
* Comfortable working in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; motion design experience would be a plus
* Familiar with testing and analytics methods (e.g. A/B testing, heatmaps, user feedback) and using them to inform design decisions
* Strong attention to detail, with well-structured and consistent design files
* Organised and adaptable, able to manage deadlines and priorities while keeping standards high
* Experience working in agile or sprint-based environments
* A genuine enthusiasm for creating engaging digital experiences and a drive to keep learning and developing
