About the role:
This role is to support our female client in her 50s who has cerebral palsy, autism and epilepsy. Our client lives in her own home, is a very lovely and chatty lady and loves going out in the community. Therefore part of the role is to drive her vehicle to take her out.
Our client has an established care team. We are looking for somebody to join the team for day/sleep night shifts from Saturday evenings until Monday mornings each week.
When you will be working:
* Weekends (Sat night - Mon morning)
* Day and sleep nights
* Starting Saturdays 6pm - finishing Mondays 10.30am
Shift breakdown as follows:
* Saturday 6pm 10pm evening shift
* Saturday 10pm -10am sleep night shift
* Sunday 10am 10pm day shift
* Sunday 10pm 10.30am sleep night
