The Role
The Purpose Of The Role
1. Receive and respond to customer enquiries through various channels such as phone, email, letters, webchat, video call, and social media.
2. Keep up to date with product knowledge and the latest trends, e.g., superfoods, popular supplements, and special diets.
3. Provide a personalised nutrition service to customers using evidence-based nutrition knowledge. Discuss specific product recommendations as well as general lifestyle and wellbeing advice in a friendly and professional manner.
4. Support, promote, and process sales of supplements, food, and beauty products.
5. Liaise with the PR team to provide written articles on hot nutrition, health, and wellness topics.
6. Support and assist internal colleagues (including store staff) with product advice and knowledge, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
7. Provide updates and insights regarding nutrition queries, questions, and trends to internal stakeholders and management, maintaining a flexible approach to business needs.
8. Develop and maintain thorough, up-to-date knowledge of processes and procedures for handling customer enquiries.
9. Accountability for KPIs.

Key Requirements
1. Qualified Nutritionist
2. Registered member of the Association for Nutrition (AfN)
3. Passion for nutrition, health, wellbeing, and our products
4. Experience in providing high-standard customer service
5. Good team player
6. Ability to multitask effectively
7. Friendly and empathetic approach, with the ability to answer customer enquiries professionally, friendly, and promptly
