Fire Alarm Project Manager - London - £55,000
I am currently representing a well-established fire specialist company, who carry out a variety of services from design, installation and maintenance to several clients across central London. Due to sheer growth, they are now seeking a fire alarm project manager to add to the team.
Salary package:
* £45,000 - £55,000
* Company Car
* 25 Days holidays
Area of cover:
* London
Carrying out the following:
* Managing projects between 250k – 2Million
* Project delivery from initial enquiry through to completion
* Full financial control of projects
* Liaise with clients and other departments while managing installs
* Preparing work programmes to ensure labour and deadline requirements are met
* Negotiate contract variations
* Highlight potential problem areas and obtain contractual advice
* Oversee design of FA installs
* Prepare quotations
* Develop and prepare budgets and take-offs
* Utilise install teams and oversee delivery to BAFE standards
Requirements:
* Estimator experience
* Knowledge of current British standards
* Fire detection and other equipment experience
* Computer skills in Microsoft Office
