We are seeking an experienced Head of Health, Safety & Quality to lead and shape safety and quality standards across our clients operational sites, including warehouses, distribution centres, and transport operations. This is a senior leadership role within a growing and well-established organisation, offering the chance to influence safety culture, drive compliance, and implement best practice across multiple locations.
The Role
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for:
1. Designing and maintaining robust health, safety, and quality strategies across the organisation
2. Leading multi-site safety initiatives, including warehouses, fleet operations, and logistics activities
3. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and industry regulations
4. Conducting audits, inspections, and risk assessments to drive continuous improvement
5. Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
6. Setting KPIs, monitoring performance, and reporting trends to senior management
