Overview
We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused Senior Production Planner to join a busy manufacturing environment. You'll play a key part in keeping production running smoothly, planning schedules, ensuring materials are ready, and maintaining accurate data across systems.
Responsibilities
* Create and manage production schedules to meet demand.
* Work closely with manufacturing, logistics, and procurement teams.
* Keep master data (BOMs, routings, lead times) up to date and accurate.
* Support new product launches by setting up data and production plans.
* Look for ways to improve planning processes and system efficiency.
* Lead and support one direct report.
Qualifications
* Experience in production planning within manufacturing or supply chain.
* Confident working with ERP systems (SAP or similar).
* Strong attention to detail and great problem-solving skills.
* Comfortable working with data and planning tools.
* Good communicator who can work well with different teams.
What\'s on offer
* Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
* Flexible hours (core hours 10-4)
