New 2026: x2 junior corporate associate roles one standard M&A, the other capital markets. With a particularly super cool partner at the helm (!) this firm is looking for equally cool junior to mid level corporate associates 1-5, but also 3-6 PQE. Experience needed: general M&A is the most useful to the partners, particularly that of mid City and above lawyers'. Capital markets work is also desired as this firm is the go to firm for this line of work. Remember, these are offshore roles and you must want to come into this environment; they are largely protected by the economical elements and the compensation / pay is good. You will also not sit that far away from London and that of 'London work' you will help manage complex M&A work, contracts and corp' gov. You will preferably be from mid City to silver circle and above or something similar, globally, but this is NOT a rule.
