Your key responsibilities:
The Salon Manager will:
* Oversee all operational aspects of the Hair & Beauty Academy, including client bookings, staffing of commercial sessions, stock control, and maintenance of equipment and resources.
* Work closely with curriculum staff to ensure the Academy supports high‑quality teaching, learning, assessment, and the delivery of realistic industry practice.
* Provide line management, supervision, and guidance to technicians, reception staff, and students working within the Academy environment.
* Lead on health, safety, hygiene, and safeguarding standards within the commercial salons, ensuring full compliance with college policies and industry regulations.

What you bring:
* You will thrive in this role if you enjoy a fast-paced environment where each day is different from the last. You should bring:
o Management experience in a busy salon or similar environment.
o Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide others.
o Exceptional communication, organisation, and IT skills.
o Confidence working independently while also contributing to a team
o A Level 3 qualification in Beauty and/or Hair, plus managerial experience, or qualifications
