We are looking for a Customer Services Advisor to join our client's team. In this role, you will support the customer service team by handling incoming enquiries, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with excellence. Your efforts will help provide a seamless experience for customers. Shift/salary & package: * Monday to Friday * 08:00-17:00 * £12.21 - £13.00 * Permanent role Responsibilities: * Deal with incoming customer enquiries promptly and professionally. * Perform administrative tasks, including updating systems and maintaining records. * Chase consignments and provide updates to customers. * Collaborate with team members to ensure customer service excellence. * Identify and resolve customer issues effectively. Qualifications: * Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent problem-solving abilities. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. * Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
