About the Role?
As an HR Coordinator, you'll play a key role in our People Operations team, with a primary focus on HR, Payroll and Pensions administration and reporting. You'll provide essential business support, managing a variety of queries and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. Your focus will be on providing exceptional service, ensuring data accuracy, and identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency. Working alongside HR, L&D and Recruitment Business Partners, you'll help Paradigm thrive as an employer of choice.?This is a hybrid role where our expectation is that you will attend the office two days per week, ideally Tuesday and Friday.
?Key Responsibilities
* Manage incoming queries ensuring a positive outcome that meets individual needs in a timely manner.
* Process all HR, Payroll and Pensions data in accordance with agreed policies and procedures and in line with current legislation.
