A global automation leader with over 50 years’ experience and 650+ employees worldwide is looking to recruit a PLC Commissioning Engineer. The business specialises in robotic automation for plastic injection moulding and has installed over 40,000 machines globally.
Salary & Benefits
* £45,000 basic salary

The Role
* Install, commission, service, and fault-find robotic systems and automated cells
* PLC commissioning and programming using ladder logic
* Provide on-site and remote breakdown support
* Program and modify new and existing automation systems
* Deliver customer training and maintain service documentation
The Person
* Experience programming industrial robots
* PLC commissioning and ladder logic experience
* Electrically biased, multi-skilled engineer
* HNC qualified or apprentice trained
* Able to work independently and travel across the UK & Ireland Monday to Friday
* Willing to attend training in Europe
