Key Responsibilities
* Support the Head of Marketing in delivering the annual communications plan and content strategy
* Develop and maintain project portfolios, case studies, and team CVs
* Assist with creative pitches and award submissions, helping shape winning narratives
* Coordinate project photography, ensuring strong visual storytelling
* Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
* Deliver monthly social media reports with insights and recommendations
* Manage and update the company website and newsletter content
* Work closely with the PR agency to supply copy, imagery, and promotional material
* Champion the studio’s culture, brand voice, and visual identity across all communications
Skills & Experience
* Experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within architecture, design, or the built environment
* Strong graphic design skills and a sharp eye for layout and branding consistency
* Confident user of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop (Premier Pro and Illustrator desirable)
* Proven experience creating and scheduling digital content across multiple platforms
* Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
* Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects
* Positive, proactive, and collaborative approach to working with creative teams
