We are a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy looking to appoint an Associate or Associate Director to lead and grow the Civil Engineering team across London and Essex. You will take ownership of major projects, develop client relationships, and play a key role in the continued growth of a highly respected business.

Role
* Lead the design and delivery of highways, drainage, utilities and earthworks packages across a range of developments
* Oversee projects from feasibility through to detailed design and construction support
* Provide technical leadership across Flood Risk Assessments, SuDS strategies and drainage designs
* Manage, mentor and develop engineers and technicians across the team
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and local authorities
* Ensure compliance with relevant standards and agreements including S278, S38, S104, and S106
* Review and approve technical reports, drawings and calculations
* Support business development activities, client growth and project bidding opportunities
* Contribute to strategic planning and operational improvement within the Civil Engineering team
