Nursery Teacher (3 Days per Week) & SENDCo (2 Days per Week) - Walsall

Empowering Learning is delighted to be working with a warm, inclusive, and nurturing early years provision in Walsall to recruit an experienced Nursery Teacher (3 days per week) alongside a SENDCo (2 days per week) for a January 2026 start until July 2026.

The Successful Candidates Will:
Nursery Teacher (3 Days)
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have recent experience teaching in Early Years (within the last 5 years)
* Demonstrate a passion for early childhood development and learning through play
* Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children
SENDCo (2 Days)
* Hold the National Award for SEND Coordination (desirable)
* Have experience supporting SEND provision within Early Years
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of EHCPs, inclusion strategies, and statutory guidance
* Work collaboratively with staff, families, and external professionals
