AJ Chambers are working with a legal 500 law firm recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant to join their Cambridge office within their Employment team.

The Role:
This position offers the chance to provide high-level executive support to a team of senior professionals. Working closely with Team Leaders and senior management, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own workload while collaborating with colleagues across business services, document production, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development: Organising and attending team/project meetings and events, managing travel and logistics, supporting marketing initiatives, maintaining business development records, and assisting with client communications.
* Client Service: Acting as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring compliance processes are followed, drafting correspondence and documents, and supporting matter management from start to finish.
* Diary Management: Coordinating complex schedules, meetings, and travel itineraries, ensuring all arrangements and documentation are prepared in advance.
* Finance & Billing: Supporting billing processes, liaising with finance teams, preparing invoices and reports, and managing expenses.
* Workflow Management: Prioritising tasks, managing inboxes, delegating effectively to support teams, and maintaining strong communication across the business.
The Person:
We are looking for a proactive and organised Executive Assistant with experience gained in a professional services environment (legal, financial, consultancy or similar). You should be comfortable supporting multiple senior stakeholders, confident in managing competing priorities, and capable of building strong working relationships internally and externally.
