The Opportunity
CACI seeks a talented individual to join our team as the Staffing Manager within the Mission and Engineering Support Line of Business. CACI is looking for a Staffing Manager to support the PMO. The Staffing Manager is responsible for the support of the program business, recruiting activities, staffing management and functional operations.
Responsibilities
* Provide direct support to the Red Rabbit Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and Program Management Office.
* Identify and facilitate resolution of operational issues and act as a liaison between technical and functional areas.
* Support the PMO in planning and monitoring the program activities.
* Coordinate closely with the Program Management Coordinator to ensure the availability of staff.
* Support the PMO in managing recruiting activities, REDRABBIT roster and supporting CDRL delivery, efficiently allocating resources and ensuring that all DOs are properly staffed.
* Draft and submit candidate resumes for customer Technical Acceptance.
* Maintain the instructor staff and ensure annual compliance training and language tests are current IAW SOW, and support changing mission requirements.
* Ensure continuous staffing management support to provide rapid response for all customer requirements with no mission disruption.
* Communicate program updates and provide guidance on taskers from the PMO.
* Proctor language tests for all instructors IAW IRL standards.
* Additional PMO duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
* Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
* Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community and/or DoD
* Demonstrated experience directly supporting senior leadership of an organization
* Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly, concisely, and accurately.
* Meticulous proofreading and editing skills with a high standard for grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
* Articulate with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Above average skills in using Microsoft Office/365 tools, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Desired
* Experience as an Intelligence Analyst preferably or as a Cryptologic Language Analyst

Pay Range
The proposed salary range for this position is:
$70,800 - $148,600
