Offer description

At the heart of easyJet’s strategy is its core purpose: Making Low-Cost Travel Easy. Achieving this ambition demands a renewed focus on operational transformation as a key enabler for scalable growth and resilience. Advances in technology, data, and AI unlock transformative opportunities, enhancing efficiency, optimising processes, and driving industry-leading innovation. These efforts are essential to supporting easyJet’s plans to significantly grow its fleet in the coming years.

To fully harness this opportunity, we are embarking on a bold new phase — one that places technology and data at the very core of how our operations run. This transformation is shaped around cross-functional product teams aligned to key mission areas such as Planning, Network Operations, Engineering, Aircraft Performance, Safety, and Airports.

By integrating data-driven insight with advanced technology platforms, we aim to deliver smarter, faster decision-making, stronger operational performance, and an improved experience for both crew and customers. Our approach is designed to be agile, responsive, and scalable by giving teams the tools, autonomy, and clarity to deliver lasting impact.

This role sits at the heart of the Integrated Planning & Operations Mission, a key pillar in easyJet’s broader operations transformation strategy. This mission focuses on building next-generation optimisation solutions for our Network Control team, by combining data, technology, and operational expertise to create joined-up, resilient, and scalable solutions across the operation.

In this role, you will lead the evolution of one of easyJet’s most business-critical product areas by transforming the systems, tools, and experiences that underpin how we make decisions based on multi dimensional cost view, continuously optimise our 'tails' & lines of flying and options to recover the programme during normal or Irregular operations (Disruption).

This is a key area of strategic focus for the airline, with direct impact on operational efficiency, quicker time to decision and scenario planning in the live operational window, solving for the broadest views of selecting and optimising the right aircraft, crew, flight plan, priority turns whilst reducing our cost exposure.
