Carrying out a wide range of carpentry tasks, particularly in kitchen and bathroom fitting
Completing basic plumbing works
Laying various types of flooring
general maintenance duties
Working across both tenanted and void propertiesRequirements for Multi Trade 0perative:
Experienced in a similar Multi Trade Operative role
Experience working within social housing environments
Proven ability to work in both void properties
