Head of Corporate Sales “Competitive Socialising”
Salary: £70,000+
Location; London
Role
* To work with the Ops Director to develop the corporate sales strategy for the company.
* To deliver the Sales Strategy and to implement said strategy to the highest possible standard.
* Weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting on personal & Sales Team KPI’s.
o Developing and maintaining good working relationships with your venue team to support the business KPI’s.
o To grow and maximise pre-booked sales where required through proactive outreach; including (but not limited to); outreach B2C tele marketing, corporate B2B tele marketing and email marketing.
o To train, mentor & manage the Sales Team, working on inbound and outbound enquiries via tele, email and the relevant systems.
o To be innovative and proactive at creating and implementing new ways of growing and maximising pre-booked sales and imbedding them within the team.
o To ensure smooth running of all third-party accounts and supporting the team with Account Management.
o Proactive selling & upselling to prospective & confirmed bookings.
