As a Construction Planner at XYZ Reality, you will manage project planning and delivery across multiple locations in EMEA, collaborating with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities
* Leading external planning teams proficient in Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and 4D integration.
* Integrating Project Programmes with client requirements into 3D design.
* Expanding scheduled activities, including MEP programmes, to sequence construction within BIM models.
* Collaborating with the Sales Team on client calls, demonstrating schedule and construction knowledge.
* Conducting project data analytics using Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel.
* Providing regular progress reports to clients and internal teams.
* Monitoring productivity and deadlines.
* Interacting regularly with stakeholders in this front-end role.
* Providing technical and assurance support for Planning & Project Controls within the XYZ Project Team.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* 2-6 years of Construction Project Planning experience.
* Professional education with a relevant construction-related degree.
* Good industry knowledge, especially in MEP planning for data centres or high-tech sectors.
* Experience with Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject.
* Ability to analyze construction sequences, identify risks, and resolve coordination issues.
* Proactive, influential, and dynamic interpersonal skills.
* Ability to coach and challenge management and non-specialists.
* Experience with 4D Construction software is advantageous.
* Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship.
* Willingness to travel semi-regularly across Europe for meetings and workshops.
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 DOE
