A leading organisation within the London Insurance market is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their collaborative and high-performing People function.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders and influencing people strategy within a fast-paced, regulated environment.
The Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will support a range of business leaders and act as a trusted advisor across the full employee lifecycle. You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive people initiatives that support business growth, performance, and organisational change.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with senior leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives
* Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organisational change
* Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning initiatives
* Collaborate with specialist HR teams including Reward, Talent Acquisition, and L&D
* Drive engagement, culture, and leadership capability across the business
* Ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant with employment legislation and regulatory expectations within Financial Services
* Support transformation and change programmes across the organisation
About You
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor within Insurance or Financial Services
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence senior leaders
* Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Commercially minded with the ability to align people strategy with business goals
* Experience managing complex employee relations matters and organisational change
* CIPD qualified (or working towards) preferred
