Role Responsibilities
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, your key duties may include:
* Supporting classroom teachers with day-to-day learning
* Working with individuals or small groups to support learning and progress
* Supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEN support
* Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
* Supporting with preparation and supervision of activities
* Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting independence
* Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

Qualifications & Experience
We welcome applications from experienced and newly qualified TAs. The following are desirable/essential:
✅ Essential
* Previous experience supporting primary-aged children
* DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
✅ Desirable
* TA qualification (e.g. CACHE, Level 2/3 TA, or equivalent)
* Experience supporting pupils with SEND
