1. Provide high-quality administrative support to senior research and knowledge exchange (RKE) staff across a broad range of research and knowledge exchange activities across the University
2. Coordinate and maintain effective oversight of research and knowledge exchange projects, including supervising associated administrative tasks and staff where required
3. Support postgraduate research students with key processes, documentation and enquiries
4. Assist with the preparation, submission and tracking of research funding bids, ethics applications and related governance requirements
5. Liaise with external organisations, partners and collaborators to support ongoing and future research activity
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and systems within the Research and Knowledge Exchange team

About You
8. Enthusiastic, proactive and experienced administrator with a keen interest in research and knowledge exchange
9. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage, prioritise and plan your own workload
10. A collaborative team player who can contribute to problem-solving and the development of effective processes and procedures
11. Confident communicating and working with colleagues, students and external organisations
12. Previous administrative experience within a Higher Education or research environment is highly desirable
