The Role:
They are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the groundworks sector, working on a range of live construction sites and learning directly from experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates and tenders
* Support with the procurement of subcontractors and materials
* Assist with monthly valuations and payment applications
* Help monitor project budgets and report on cost variances
* Contribute to cost control and value engineering exercises
* Assist with site visits and liaising with project teams and clients
* Maintain and update project documentation
