University Houses Officer
Location: University Park
Salary: £29,329 to £35,943 per annum pro‑rata depending on skills and experience; progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

Overview
The University of Nottingham provides a world‑class student experience. The Estates and Facilities Department supports the university’s infrastructure across multiple sites. This role provides frontline support for university residential properties, serving tenants and managing tenant enquiries.
Responsibilities
* First point of contact for tenants of university residential properties, answering queries and resolving issues.
* Visit university properties, source suitable accommodation for staff, students and visitors, and conduct inspections.
* Draft and issue tenancy agreements; oversee the end‑of‑tenancy process, coordinating clearing and refurbishments with other Estates departments.
* Maintain a diverse workload, prioritise urgent enquiries and respond outside usual hours when necessary.
Qualifications
* HND level or equivalent in a related field, or extensive relevant experience in property administration, customer service or residential agency roles.
* Strong customer‑service skills and experience managing a diverse workload.
* Full, current UK driving licence; frequent travel to university properties.
