The North and Scotland Region plays a major role in supporting national infrastructure, housing growth, and long term customer partnerships, with a strong operational footprint and huge potential for continued performance and innovation.

We are now seeking a Regional Director to shape and drive the next chapter for our Aggregates business in the North and Scotland. This is a significant opportunity to lead a large, multi site operation, strengthen commercial performance, and accelerate our progress on safety, sustainability, digital capability, and operational excellence.

What you'll be doing

* You will own the strategic and operational leadership of the Aggregates North & Scotland Region, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient production alongside strong commercial growth.

* You will work closely with regional and central teams to optimise planning, logistics, performance management, and cost efficiency while continuing to build trusted relationships with key customers and partners.

* You will champion digital adoption and continuous improvement, identifying smarter, simpler ways of working that enhance productivity, quality, and service.

* You will have a direct influence on how we deliver our low carbon ambitions, supporting the transition to more sustainable products, processes, and site practices.

* Above all, you will lead with clarity, purpose and accountability, setting direction for your teams and creating an environment where people can do their best work and feel proud of their contribution.

Who you are

* You bring a strong commercial mindset and understand the levers that drive margin, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.

* You are an inclusive leader who builds high performing teams, supports capability development, and creates a positive, engaged culture.

* You balance strategic thinking with operational understanding. You can define long term direction while staying connected to the realities on the ground.

We are committed to building a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. You will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability or age.
