An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic Dermatology team at Beckenham Beacon and provide exceptional care to patients with various skin conditions. We’re seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to work in our fast-paced department.
Following a period of induction and training, you will support patients throughout their journey with us, assist our clinicians in the smooth running of outpatient clinics, plan and deliver nurse-led therapies, and help with surgical procedures.

Main duties of the job
1. Working as part of the Dermatology team to assist in the smooth daily running of the department.
2. Leading nurse-led clinics, including Skin Surgery, Light Therapy, Photodynamic Therapy, Wound Care, and Iontophoresis.
3. Educating patients about their dermatology conditions.
4. Performing scrub nurse duties, assisting with skin surgery.
5. Supporting consultant-, doctor-, and nurse-led clinics.
6. Ensuring patients, carers, and visitors are supported throughout their visit to Dermatology.
