Salary £25,949 - £25,989 Per Annum | Permanent, Full Time, 37 Hours Per Week | Wyre Day Service – Fleetwood, FY7 7PN. Working hours: Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm. This role is not open to international sponsorship.
We’re looking for a Community Support Worker to join our friendly team at Wyre Day Service in Fleetwood, supporting adults with learning disabilities and other support needs to live happy, fulfilling lives.
About the Role
No two days are the same! You’ll be supporting people both at our day service centre and out in the community, helping them to:
* Take part in fun, meaningful activities
* Learn new skills and build independence
* Access their local community, groups, and events
* Form friendships and feel included
* Achieve their personal goals (big or small!)
This is a full‑time role, working Monday to Friday, (no evenings, weekends or bank holidays).
