Job Description
To support the Boeing Defence United Kingdom (BDUK) Quality Department with administrative support of quality systems, metrics, training, engineering authorisations and additional tasks as directed by the BDUK Quality Manager (QM) or Training & Authorisations lead.
This is a part-time role based at either Gosport, Middle Wallop or Odiham, with some travel to other sites.
Principal Tasks
The principle tasks for this role unless otherwise directed by the BDUK Quality Manager or Training & Authorisations lead are to act as the training administrator for the BDUK training and authorisations team, responsible for:
1. Development of the annual training schedule for approval by the BDUK Head of Quality and MRO Form 4 holders
2. Implementation of the training schedule by ensuring availability of instructors, rooms and resources as required
3. Engaging with programmes and functions to help identify any internal training requirements and arranging additional courses as required
4. Administering the BDUK Training Plan & Enrolment Support Platform, rectifying errors in content, correcting faults with the software – liaising with software SME’s, researching, testing and applying new functions and capabilities
5. Promotion of the BDUK Training Plan & Enrolment Support Platform Maintaining and updating of the BDUK Training Plan & Enrolment Support
6. Assist with production of training certificates on completion of training courses
7. Issuing Qualtrics (survey) feedback links to all training attendees for training delivered by the T&A Team
8. Creating new Qualtrics questionnaires when required and archiving when training is no longer required
9. Monitoring the review dates of all training material and arranging reviewers when required
10. Upkeep of training metrics in order to identify any potential problems and report on progress of training
11. Reviewing all training feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement. Provide feedback to instructors and QM as required
12. Create and Maintain Microsoft Outlook calendar bookings as required, book rooms, offices and hot desks
13. Plus any relevant additional tasks relating to Training and Authorisations as directed by the Quality Manager and Team lead
Required Experience:
14. Good IT Literacy
15. Training Planning experience
16. Ability to travel to other sites
17. This role will require BPSS check (Baseline Personal Security Standard)
