The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Have recent experience teaching English in a UK secondary school
* Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a passion for literature and language
* Be able to motivate, challenge, and inspire students
* Have excellent behaviour management skills
* Be committed to fostering a positive learning environment
