We are currently looking for a
passionate Restaurant
Assistant Manager, to join our Winter Garden on a permanent basis, with an immediate start
to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests
and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive
energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a

As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, your
main duties and expectations for the role will include:

Supervise and
cross-train breakfast team members, ensuring they have a thorough understanding
of menu items, AA and LQA service standards, and safety protocols
·
To drive food and
beverage product and service training and Master classes to ensure up to date
knowledge of product for all the team members.
·
Conduct regular
inventory checks and manage stock levels for breakfast supplies and equipment,
placing orders as necessary to maintain optimal inventory levels
·
To be fully aware of
all guest’s bookings, all their dietary requirements and their special
occasions and to make sure that all team members are up to date with the
booking status.

To be fully aware of
all F&B Promotions in place for all the F&B Areas in the Hotel and to
communicate them to team and to guests when appropriate.
You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to
fulfil their duties and in any event not less than hours.
