An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator / Medical Support Secretary to provide essential administrative support to the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Multidisciplinary Team.
Main duties of the job
You will provide a comprehensive administrative service to the team, supporting excellent service delivery to children, young people and families, professionals and colleagues. You will support the Consultants Medical Secretaries in completing letters, audio typing, arranging appointments. You will provide scribe support to consultant where required, attending appointments alongside consultant and taking notes during appointment.

Education / Qualifications
Essential criteria
7. Typing / word processing qualification RSA 3 or equivalent
8. Educated to GCSE level including Maths or English or equivalent
9. Highly developed office management skills
10. NVQ Level 2 Business Administration
Desirable criteria
11. ECDL or equivalent IT qualification
12. Excel qualification or experience

The Trust mandates all post holders who require a DBS for their role to subscribe to the DBS Update Service. You will be required to enrol for this service for a fee of £16 per year and maintain registration throughout your employment with GMMH.
