To support this, we’re strengthening our regional change delivery capability. We’re looking for experienced Transport Change Managers to lead and embed change across our regional transport operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior site leadership teams to ensure new processes, systems and ways of working are successfully adopted in live, fast-paced environments. You’ll take ownership of regional transport change initiatives from concept through to sustained delivery. You’ll bring: Experience delivering transformation or change within transport or logistics environments The confidence to influence General Managers and senior operational stakeholders Strong project and change management capability The ability to balance strategic intent with practical, site-based delivery A structured, collaborative and outcome-focused approach Flexibility to travel regularly across your region Desirable: Change management or Lean Six Sigma qualification Project management qualification International CPC Why Gist?
