Could you be one of our Loss Prevention Advisors?

Working in Loss Prevention, you will help deliver our goal of keeping customers, associates and assets safe. You will work closely with the store team to protect product and assets through investigations, analysis and feedback. Together, you will deliver effective conflict resolution and ensure loss awareness remains a top priority through excellent coaching, validation, influence and support.
You will balance customer‑facing activity with behind‑the‑scenes tasks required to carry out the role effectively.
You will be jointly responsible for educating store associates on the Loss Prevention agenda and best practices.
The role requires you to handle external theft situations professionally and safely. You must be self‑driven, engaging, resilient and focused to make a difference.
Experience dealing with shrink and crime resolution in a fast‑paced retail security environment is ideal but not essential.
We will support you with technical training, and you will receive an in‑depth training programme when you start.
