The role ofthe Residential SupportWorker:
Towork as a member of the team to provide young people with a varietyof activities support care and guidance using a positive parentingmodel
Tofollow guidance from the Team Leader and other senior colleagues toensure the smooth day to day running of the home providingstructure and appropriate boundaries for the young people in ourcar
* Tohave a flexible approach to shift patterns which may sometimesrequire changes to rota at shortnotice
* Toensure that all risks are safely managed in line with the companypolicies andprocedures
* Toundertake an indepth quality and bespoke trainingpackage
* Toact as an advocate for the young person whilst using a positiveparentingmodel
* Toattend staff meetings and be proactive in developing and improvingthe servicemodel
