??Salary: £35K - £39K + Overtime (Time and a Half)
??Location: Uxbridge (Covering a 40-Mile Radius)
?Hours: 06:00 – 15:00 (Start/Finish Times Dependent on Location)

Your Mission
We are looking for a skilled Blind Fitter to join our team, carrying out specialist installations of blinds, curtains, and cubicle tracks to a high standard. You will work independently or as part of a team, ensuring timely and precise installations.
Your role will involve:
? Collecting blinds, fixings, equipment, components, and paperwork for the day’s work.
? Keeping clients and the team updated on installation progress.
? Reporting and resolving any installation challenges with the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities
?? Maintain clear communication with the Project Manager and clients on-site.
?? Ensure installations are completed on time and to an exceptional standard.
?? Problem-solve efficiently, exploring all solutions when challenges arise.
?? Adhere to onsite codes of conduct and health & safety regulations.
?? Leave work areas clean and tidy after installation.
?? Take care of company van, tools, and equipment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
? Highly organised and detail-oriented.
? 5+ years of experience fitting blinds, curtains, and cubicle tracks.
? Strong practical skills with tools and fixings.
? Able to problem-solve on the go and think on your feet.
? Confident leading and guiding a team if required.
? A great people person who can work well with all personalities.
? Flexible and adaptable to meet deadlines.
? Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
? Self-motivated and reliable.
? Punctual with a strong work ethic.
