Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst to join an established transformation programme. The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to bring together inputs from multiple vendors into cohesive design and migration packs.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the creation of high-level design deliverables, working alongside architects, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
* Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria from a low-level design perspective.
* Develop and maintain end-to-end design packs and process models (VPMN).
* Support migration planning and execution activities.
* Manage collaboration across multiple vendors, including coordination with a separate Salesforce supplier.
* Ensure solutions are aligned with standard functionality, avoiding unnecessary customisation.
* Provide clear communication and reporting to a wide spread of senior stakeholders.
* Support sprint planning and agile delivery alongside an established team of six existing Business Analysts.
Skills & Experience
* Proven track record as a Business Analyst within digital transformation programmes.
* Strong stakeholder management experience, particularly at senior level.
* Solid understanding of CRM platforms (D365 experience advantageous but not mandatory).
* Experience working with multiple vendors in complex delivery environments.
* Hands-on experience with agile delivery, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Knowledge of customer journey mapping and process design.
* Comfortable delivering in-flight projects and able to get up to speed quickly.
* Exposure to Azure DevOps or Salesforce beneficial but not essential.
