What we are looking for: A hunger to learn, an enthusiastic attitude and an open mind Strong communication and interpersonal skills A team player Proficient in Office suite or similar, particularly Excel and Word Good general computer skills and ability to work on the web Experience working in a service desk or customer service environment Experience using web-based business management platforms or digital shopfronts such as (HubSpot, Synergist, Proposify, Shopify, Etsy, Ebay) Experience working on project management platforms (Wrike, Monday, Asana) Working in a project driven environment with critical deadlines What you’ll need to do: You will provide key support to the Digital Technologies team, working with the whole team to assist in the day to day running of core business systems. You will help to run our CRM and data management platforms, providing key assistance in day-to-day platform management tasks and aiding in the training of staff in the use of these systems. In addition to helping process orders through our automated print management platform.
