About the Role of Restaurant Manager
As Restaurant Manager, you are the engineof the floor the person who sets the tone, keeps the energy alive, and ensures every guest leaves feeling theyve experienced something truly special.
Youll own the service from briefing to last bill, drive the daily vibe, and lead your team with confidence and warmth. Youll work closely with the AGM and GM to make sure the service is not just smooth, but electric. Youll be there for your team training, developing, and inspiring them every single day.

Your Responsibilities
Service Leadership
Own the service from start to finish set the pace, the tone, and the standards
Run briefings that energise the team and prepare them for success
Keep service flowing, reading the room and anticipating guest needs
Support and guide the team on the floor always leading from the front
Team Development
Train and coach the FOH team to deliver exceptional, guest-focused service
Identify opportunities for growth and progression in your team
Build a positive culture where people feel valued and motivated
Give clear, constructive feedback to help your team improve daily
Operational Management
Manage daily rotas and shift planning with efficiency
Oversee reservations, walk-ins, and seating flow in collaboration with the host team
Uphold H&S and compliance standards on shift
Work with the bar, kitchen, and wine teams to ensure smooth coordination
Guest Experience
Build relationships with guests, turning first-timers into regulars
Handle complaints and special requests with empathy and efficiency
Always look for ways to improve the guest journey and the atmosphere
Requirements
Previous experience as a restaurant or floor manager in a busy, quality-focused environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Confidence in managing service and a team at pace
A love of hospitality, food, and wine and sharing that passion with others
Organised, proactive, and a team player
